WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for an experienced product manager who is passionate about building safe, next-generation mobility solutions with AI that customers love. As a Product Manager, Enterprise AI, you orchestrate the development of a highly scalable platform with a great user experience, providing car owners with new experiences through AI and offering software engineers access to AI in application development. You will constantly work with multiple stakeholders across engineering, business, and decision-making teams to align goals and get things done. By continuously learning and listening to industry trends in AI and analyzing customer behavior, you will unlock new insights to build future products and advance your career.




RESPONSIBILITIES

      Define the product vision for a large-scale compute management infrastructure and development tools. Ensure these tools support rapid AI development and maintain cost efficiency.

      Lead and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, customers, and users across the organization. Transform high-level requirements into actionable objectives and deliverables to achieve product goals, including product adoption and meeting target milestones.

      Collaborate closely with the engineering team to clearly define the short-term vision for the next product increment. Maintain the backlog and prioritize tasks to ensure feature deployment within the target timeline.

      Establish and nurture partnerships to achieve product goals through deep collaboration with Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC), Toyota Groups, Tier-1 suppliers, and other stakeholders.

      Maximize the return on investment for the product by working with business and operations teams. Make informed decisions to optimize the product infrastructure.

      Create comprehensive product requirement documentation and developer materials. Work with teams to automate product releases and report progress to TMC stakeholders.

      Continuously analyze the market, industry trends, and AI tooling landscape. Gather feedback and insights from users to help shape and refine the product roadmap.

      Engage with cloud solution providers and machine learning development tools vendors to align on integrated AI development solutions.



MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

      A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business or related field

      5+ years of experience as a product manager or relevant work in AI/Machine Learning or software engineering

      Experience in machine learning developments and large scale infrastructure

      Relevant experience in working with various stakeholders and prioritize complex engineering and regulatory requirements, as a product roadmap

      Proven ability managing complex customer requirements and navigating multi-cultural environments

      Fluent business level english with demonstrated strong documentation and communication skills

      Demonstrated ability to use data for product performance analysis and decision making

 


NICE TO HAVES

      Proven success in delivering technology products/services in a large-scale products or services

      Working knowledge on large machine learning infrastructure including cloud computing infrastructure, and machine learning inference

      Proven track record on launching and continuous improvement of multiple product families

      Experience in UX improvements including working on user research

      Relevant Experience in automotive, manufacturing, aviation or other large scale mobility area

      Familiarity with trustworthy AI, ADAS systems, and functional safety

 


For California: The base pay for this position ranges from $140,000- $230,000 a year.


Your base salary is one part of your total compensation. We offer a base salary, short term and long term incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package. The total compensation offered to an employee will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and level.
