About the Role:
Yale Realty and Capital Advisors is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead the company’s branding, design, advertising, and strategic marketing direction. This role will be responsible for establishing Yale Advisors as a market leader and industry knowledge hub by enhancing its brand presence, creative strategy, and marketing materials across all platforms.
The Head of Marketing will oversee all visual branding, creative direction, and marketing communications, ensuring a strong, consistent identity across print, digital, and industry events. This is a high-level leadership role—the ideal candidate will be a proven designer, brand strategist, and content expert with the ability to execute top-tier marketing materials while overseeing the broader marketing strategy. This is an in-office position located in Midtown Miami.
The Successful Applicant Will:
- Develop creative concepts and oversee execution for company-wide marketing campaigns.
- Oversee and execute all branding and design efforts across print, digital, and web platforms ensuring strong messaging and brand consistency using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
- Edit and format internal documents such as Offering Memorandums (OMs), presentations, reports, and proposals using Adobe InDesign.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis, including monitoring SEO, social media trends, and industry positioning.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret web and social media activity data to refine branding efforts.
- Oversee website redevelopment and branding, ensuring Yale Advisors’ online presence reflects its leadership in the industry.
- Coordinate and manage printed materials and branding presence for industry events and trade shows.
- Act as the primary editor, ensuring grammatical and factual accuracy across all customer-facing communications.
- Work with leadership and stakeholders to produce high-level branded content for marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate across all business departments to develop and refine top-tier marketing materials and assist in special projects.
- Collaborate with leadership to define strategic branding initiatives.
- Work with external vendors, designers, and agencies to produce high-quality marketing assets
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
- Real Estate or Financial experience is a MUST
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Design, or related field (or Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in branding, advertising, and creative marketing).
- Proven experience leading brand strategy, creative design, and content marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing branding work.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and high-level marketing design.
- Experience in website design, UI/UX, and digital marketing assets.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills, ensuring clear, compelling, and strategic marketing messaging.
- Knowledge of SEO, social media analytics, and digital marketing tools.
- Experience in high-end marketing collateral design, including advertisements, reports, brochures, and pitch decks.
- Ability to work across teams, lead branding initiatives, and manage external vendors or design agencies.
- Excellent project management skills—capable of handling multiple branding and marketing projects with high attention to detail.
