Overview of the Product team:
Zego’s vision is of a future where insurance has been transformed by technology, and where everyone across the world has access to personalised policies that reward them for better behaviour. We are at a pivotal and exciting moment in our journey and you would be joining at a point of inflection as we turn our attention to hitting consistent monthly profitability. It will be a period of exponential growth as we expand our footprint into consumer car insurance and grow our presence in the consumer van market.
To achieve this, we’re seeking a Head of Brand, PR, and Communications to lead our efforts in building brand awareness, executing a robust PR strategy, and championing Zego’s story. You will be our Brand evangelist, ready to excite our employees, investors and customers with our ambitions and values. We need passion, ambition and tenacity for this role as it is critical in supporting our ambitious growth plans, including a Series D fundraise in 2025.
About the Role
As a key member of the Marketing team, you will report directly to the Marketing Director, work closely with the C-suite on strategic PR initiatives, and lead a talented team of five. You will be both a visionary and a doer – entrepreneurial, scrappy, and willing to roll up your sleeves to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Our hybrid way of working is unique. We don't mandate fixed office days. Instead, we foster a flexible approach that empowers every Zegon to perform at their best. We ask you to spend at least one day a week in our central London office. You have the flexibility to choose the day that works best for you and your team. We cover the costs for all company-wide events (3 per year), and also provide a separate hybrid contribution to help pay towards other travel costs. We think it’s a good mix of collaborative face time and flexible home-working, setting us up to achieve the right balance between work and life.
