ZeroFox is seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Marketing Campaign Analyst to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in measuring, analyzing, and optimizing our marketing campaigns in order to drive engagement and maximize opportunities. As a Marketing Campaign Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Sales, leveraging data analysis to inform strategic decisions and enhance our overall marketing effectiveness.
In this role, you will be responsible for the development of dashboards and reporting processes, providing insights to improve campaign performance, and identifying trends that will help inform future marketing strategies. Your contributions will be vital to ensuring our marketing initiatives deliver exceptional results and meet our business objectives.
Role and responsibilities
- Develop and manage campaign performance dashboards to track the effectiveness of marketing activities.
- Lead the analysis and reporting of marketing data to deliver actionable insights that optimize campaign performance, drive engagement, and support business growth
- Gather, clean, and synthesize marketing data from multiple sources to uncover performance trends, gaps, and opportunities
- Proactively dive deep into data exploration, identifying patterns and applying hypothesis testing to inform decision-making
- Leverage data to segment audiences, build personas, and support the development of targeted marketing strategies and campaigns
- Define, maintain, and deliver regular cadence key performance indicators (KPIs) and scorecards to track and evaluate marketing channel effectiveness
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports that clearly communicate campaign performance and key metrics to stakeholders across the organization
- Establish and document scalable reporting processes to ensure consistency, accuracy, and repeatability across marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uncover process inefficiencies, share insights, and recommend improvements across campaign workflows
- Develop and refine data strategies to improve marketing attribution and ensure accurate tracking across the customer journey
- Deliver data-driven recommendations that inform future marketing strategies and enhance measurement practices
- Support ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed, adapting quickly to shifting business priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience administering a Marketing Automation Platform (ideally Marketo), with a strong understanding of campaign execution and performance tracking
- 3+ years of experience analyzing marketing data and building dashboards for ABM and campaign performance insights
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS organization preferred
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, Superset, Excel, or Tableau; experience with Looker is a strong plus
- Familiarity with marketing attribution methodologies, including multi-touch attribution and the ability to contribute to reporting strategy development
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets to uncover trends, identify anomalies, and extract meaningful insights
- A natural curiosity and the ability to question and troubleshoot data issues to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Experience working with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and web analytics tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong follow-through and attention to detail, ensuring insights and recommendations are communicated clearly and implemented effectively

- Total annual compensation range $75,000-$100,000.
