2025-2026 Teaching Fellow

The Teaching Fellow at ZEST Preparatory Academy has a variety of responsibilities that include assisting the Lead Kindergaten Teacher in classroom instruction, supporting small group instruction, and helping to create a positive learning environment for students. You will engage in continuous professional development and collaborate with colleagues to ensure that each child's academic and social-emotional needs are met, fostering their growth in and out of the classroom.

To become a Teaching Fellow at ZEST Preparatory Academy, candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, with a bachelor's degree preferred. It's important to either currently possess or be eligible for a Georgia paraprofessional or teaching certification. Additionally, experience working with elementary-aged students is required, while charter school experience is a plus.
