Job Summary:
Zinrelo is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to play a crucial role in our finance and customer success operations. This position will be responsible for managing our billing and collection processes, ensuring accurate customer accounting, supporting revenue operations and forecasting efforts, and handling accounts payable. The ideal candidate will possess a working knowledge of accounting principles, experience with ERP systems (QuickBooks proficiency is a significant plus), excellent Excel skills, and exceptional interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with both customers and internal teams. Responsibilities:
- Billing and Collections:
- Generate and send accurate and timely customer invoices.
- Manage the accounts receivable process, including tracking outstanding balances, following up on overdue payments, and implementing collection procedures.
- Address customer billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a patient and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer billing information.
- Customer Accounting Reconciliation:
- Reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies between company records and customer statements.
- Investigate and resolve billing errors and adjustments.
- Maintain detailed records of customer payments and account activity.
- Collaboration with Customer Success:
- Work closely with the Customer Success team to understand customer account status and address any financially related customer concerns.
- Provide financial information and support to the Customer Success team to facilitate effective customer relationship management.
- Contribute to a positive and seamless customer experience by addressing financial inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Revenue Operations & Forecasting Support:
- Assist in revenue operations activities, including data analysis and reporting.
- Provide data and insights to support revenue forecasting processes.
- Ensure accurate revenue recognition in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Accounts Payable Processing:
- Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare and execute vendor payments.
- Maintain organized and complete accounts payable records.
- Vendor Account Reconciliation:
- Reconcile vendor statements to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Communicate with vendors to address payment inquiries and resolve issues.
- General Accounting Support:
- Maintain a working knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Assist with month-end closing activities as needed.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and analyses as requested.
Qualifications:
- Experience in billing, collections, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Working knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Experience working with ERP systems; proficiency in QuickBooks is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Exceptional patience, a calm demeanor, and a genuine willingness to help customers and colleagues.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with others.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a SaaS business environment.
- Familiarity with revenue recognition principles for subscription-based businesses.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
