Zipdev is looking for a talented Administrative Assistant to join our remote team and collaborate with a US-based client. We are hiring a Remote Sales Administrative Assistant to support our growing teams. Our companies are leaders in providing innovative solutions in various construction industries. Our client offers prefabricated EPS foam risers for theaters, churches, and educational spaces, and delivers EPS geofoam products for large-scale construction projects. This role will be split between the two companies, offering the chance to work across dynamic industries with impactful projects.
This is a unique opportunity to work remotely for two innovative companies leading their respective industries. You will play a critical role in supporting sales operations, ensuring smooth processes, and contributing to the success of high-profile construction projects across the country.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Prepare, manage, and track sales quotes with accuracy and attention to detail for both companies.
- Send and manage all proposals, client communications, including bid follow-ups and project updates.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, submittals, and project specifications related to geofoam applications and seating riser systems.
- Keep organized sales documentation, project records, and CRM databases. Diligent note taking is a must.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and help with administrative tasks for the sales directors
- Serve as a liaison between the sales director and clients, ensuring prompt and clear communication.
- Provide added executive assistant support as needed to streamline operations.
- Proven experience in sales support, administrative assistant, or executive assistant roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to review and interpret technical drawings (experience in construction, architecture is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and email management tools.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
