The Project Manager (PM II) will be responsible for the management of projects from initiation to close including project planning, resource planning, project kickoff, project status meeting, project controlling, deliverable coordination and project close. A PM II would need to have excellent customer facing and internal communication skills.

• Work to ensure projects meet financial objectives, budgets and that the project scope and deliverables are met by the entire project team
• Work to ensure customer satisfaction is met and is addressed according to Zivaro guidelines
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques including invoicing and completing contractual change process (incorporating funding/contract modifications)
• Manage sprints using a Scrum / Agile framework using Jira or equivalent technology 
• Managing Projects that utilize Cloud technology, including Amazon Web Services (AWS preferred), Azure or emerging cloud technologies
• Collaborate with project team and business unit leaders on project schedule requirements and changes
• Contribute to long-term growth and profitability through creative thinking, positive participation, and excellent communication internally and externally
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Providing daily administrative sight and support to members of the Federal Civilian Cloud Contracts Engineering team
• Tracking and forecasting labor hours for a dynamic, geographically dispersed team across multiple contracts in various industries
• Tracking and forecasting internal spending against budgets
• Maintaining high attention to detail to customer billing and invoicing for multiple contracts across several industries 
• Providing clear, concise, and timely communication of contracts' status to customers, supervisor, and project managers
• Delivering & documenting services engagement documentation and contracts according to Zivaro guidelines
• Being the primary point of contact to Zivaro internal business stakeholders from the Zivaro Services Team
• Operating under little supervision on a day to day basis
• Providing support to proposals and contracts representing team objectives

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent education and experience preferred
• Previous experience in operations, financial, and project management
• Be able to work across lines of business to implement optimized business practices that can set the foundation for future growth
• Ability to communicate with leadership, engineers, and customers successfully

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Scrum / Agile certificates desired
