Senior Design Project Manager (all genders)

Are you an experienced project manager with a passion for design, process optimization, and innovation? Join our Brand Department's Design Excellence & Innovation team as a Senior Design Project Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping our design operations, tools, and collaboration processes.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and optimize design-related processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across teams.
• Research, assess, and support decision making for design and project management software/tools in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Manage the end-to-end process of developing and rolling out design guidelines via web-based tools, including stakeholder coordination, content structuring, and timeline management.
• Facilitate inter-team communication by organizing design reviews, stakeholder feedback sessions, and internal newsletters on design developments.
• Support the development of a comprehensive design testing strategy and reporting framework.
• Act as a facilitator and coach, driving team efficiency through workshops, structured communication, and stakeholder engagement.
• Analyze and optimize collaboration flows and dependencies within the design process, ensuring seamless execution.

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in project management related to design, ideally in an agency or e-commerce environment.
• Extensive experience in managing creative/design projects with multiple stakeholders, including process optimization and implementation of project management tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to simplify, optimize, and redefine complex workflows.
• Proficiency in design and project management software.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align stakeholders across various teams.
• Strong project management capabilities, including prioritization, time management, and decision-making in complex environments.
• Willingness to travel and engage in personal interactions with teams and stakeholders.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Successfully completed education in a Design field is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and more).
• Strong knowledge of online and offline design trends, corporate identity, marketing, and multimedia design.
• Strong understanding of graphic design, including typography, layout techniques, and visual aesthetics, with an eye for detail and design excellence.
