We started our journey back in 2005, building the first ever peer-to-peer lending company. Fast forward to 2020 and we launched Zopa Bank. A bank that listens to what our customers don’t like about finance and does the opposite. We’re redefining what it feels like to work in finance. At Zopa, we believe in a data-led, outcomes-focused approach to assurance. We’re looking for a Compliance Assurance Manager to lead the way in embedding this modern, innovative methodology—one that focuses on the key, most important things that influence the outcomes our customers experience.
In this role, you’ll report to our Head of 2nd Line Compliance and lead our compliance assurance reviews, but you won’t just be ticking boxes—you’ll be deep-diving into the data, working with AI and analytics experts, and making sure our approach is focused on what really matters. You’ll also have oversight of Zopa’s broader approach to assurance across different risk areas, ensuring we’re using the best tools and insights to evaluate how effectively we’re managing risk.
This is an opportunity to reshape assurance for a modern digital bank, using cutting-edge technology and innovative thinking to drive real impact.
