We're looking for an experienced Senior Manager to join our Global Contracts team. This is a hybrid role in San Jose, CA, reporting to the Director, Global Contracts. You will be responsible for:
Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Contract Management: Oversee the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, execution, renewal, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Strategic Vendor Relations: Lead strategic planning, negotiation, and vendor contract management to align with operational and financial goals while identifying and mitigating risks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong stakeholder relationships, collaborate with teams to address their needs, and provide guidance on contract-related risks and solutions.
- Process Optimization & Reporting: Implement and enhance contract management processes, prepare key metric reports, and support business objectives through special initiatives.
- Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and train junior staff, provide guidance to ensure team success, and uphold best practices in contract management.
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- 10+ years of experience in procurement contract management, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity industry
- Proficiency in contract management software and Google and Microsoft Office Suites
- Knowledge of procurement best practices and legal requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- A law degree is preferred

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
