Role summary

We are looking for a driven and passionate professional Junior Support Manager to join our team in Bratislava.

You will have day-to-day responsibility for:

• Providing full support to Account Managers and the Team Lead in building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Assisting in daily operations and communication with customers.
• Becoming an expert in using our Client Area and Back Office systems.
• Acting as a key point of contact between Account Managers, customers, and occasionally the tech team.
• Educating customers on system functionalities and new features.
• Supporting promotional planning with customers alongside a dedicated Account Manager.
• Ensuring customers adhere to agreed promotional activities, including marketing and social media commitments.
• Assist in creating internal documentation and supporting compliance tasks.

In line with this policy, you will be required to undertake duties in addition to your normal duties as needed.

You will work closely with:

• Our account managers, both in and out of Slovakia, our Squad Lead, and our Head of Account Management, who will also line manage this role.

About you - you will have:

• Previous experience working in the iGaming industry: Customer support, casino coordinator, or compliance coordinator.
• Proven proficiency in Excel, Jira, and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Proven professional proficiency in English is a must. Knowledge of any other languages would be an asset.
• High communication skills, the ability to organize a day-to-day task, a willingness to learn, and a curious mind are a must-have.
