Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and professional manner in Spanish.
• Provide assistance with product questions, order tracking, and service issues.
• Document customer interactions accurately within the CRM system.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
• Stay informed about product offerings and company policies to assist customers efficiently.
• Gather customer feedback and relay it to management to support continuous improvement.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive customer relationships.
• Good problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work well in both team environments and independently.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
