What is in it for you?
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for assisting the sales team with all aspects of servicing groups and ensuring client satisfaction. Preparation of gift certificates, answering phones and general emails, VIP amenities, checking and updating reservations for Business Travel sellers may also be included in responsibilities. This position may also include supporting the Director of Sales and Marketing with general office administration, light marketing projects, vendor management, and preparation of purchase orders, corporate office requests and community partner communication.
Candidate must possess a minimum of one year of hotel experience, with luxury hotel background preferred. Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Excel required and additional experience in Delphi, Opera and Cvent preferred. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, strong communication skills and a desire to meet and exceed expectations. Candidate must be organized, be a team player, have exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Assist with additional projects or requests as needed. Second language preferred.
