Job Title: Marketing Operations Specialist

Work Hours: M-F, overlap at least 4 hours between 9 am-5 pm CET

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, optimizing for customer engagement and conversions (experience with Klaviyo is a plus).
• Assist with Google Ads campaigns (a plus) to drive targeted traffic and maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies and align with overall business goals.
• Lead creative strategy and development of marketing campaigns, ensuring innovative approaches to email marketing and other channels.
• Manage marketing operations, ensuring all campaigns are executed on time and meet performance objectives.
• Collaborate with design and copywriting teams to create engaging and impactful content for email campaigns and other marketing initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights for optimization.
• Synchronize marketing efforts with other departments to ensure consistency and alignment across all marketing initiatives.

• At least 3 years of experience in marketing operations, with a focus on email marketing (Klaviyo preferred).
• Strong understanding of marketing operations and cross-functional team collaboration.
• Creative strategist with experience developing innovative marketing campaigns is a plus
• Experience with Google Ads is a plus but not required.
• Design and copywriting skills are a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with email marketing platforms like Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
• Familiarity with Google Ads or other digital marketing platforms.
