Job Overview:
We’re looking for a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their design career to gain hands-on experience working on a variety of digital and print projects in a fast-paced, direct-to-consumer environment. You’ll work closely with our Senior Designer and marketing team to create compelling, on-brand visuals that drive engagement and tell the company’s story.
Responsibilities:
- Design Production:
- Create and adapt designs for email campaigns, social media, website, paid ads, and other marketing channels.
- Assist with print design needs, such as packaging, inserts, and out-of-home materials.
- Ensure all assets are optimized for their intended platform and meet technical requirements.
- Creative Support:
- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative design concepts.
- Contribute to seasonal campaigns, product launches and other brand initiatives.
- Brand Consistency:
- Uphold the company's visual identity by ensuring designs align with brand guidelines.
- Provide fresh ideas while maintaining consistency across all platforms and channels.
- File Management:
- Organize and maintain design files to ensure a streamlined workflow.
- Prepare final artwork files for print and digital delivery with technical accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2 years of design experience, preferably in a direct-to-consumer or e-commerce setting.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
- Ability to create engaging, on-brand designs that resonate with the target audience.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and take feedback constructively.
Nice-to-have:
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing software (After Effects, Premiere) is a bonus.
- Illustration or photography skills are a plus but not required.
