Our marketing team is at the heart of this growth, focused on generating high-quality leads through organic SEO and targeted digital campaigns. We're expanding and looking for a talented Project Manager with deep SEO and lead generation expertise to help scale our marketing efforts.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Project Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of SEO-focused marketing campaigns with the primary goal of generating qualified personal injury leads. You’ll bridge the gap between SEO strategy, content creation, design, and development, ensuring streamlined operations, clear communication, and measurable results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and execute full-funnel SEO marketing campaigns geared toward lead generation.
- Oversee all day-to-day SEO operations including keyword research, technical audits, content planning, and backlink initiatives.
- Act as the primary liaison across internal teams and third-party vendors (writers, developers, SEO agencies).
- Build and maintain project timelines, content calendars, campaign dashboards, and tracking systems.
- Monitor key SEO metrics (organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversions, lead volume) and pivot strategies based on data.
- Ensure all website content and landing pages are optimized for both SEO and lead capture.
- Collaborate with intake and sales teams to align campaigns with conversion and case acquisition goals.
- Conduct competitive research to identify keyword gaps and high-intent opportunities, especially in local and practice-area-specific searches.
- Stay updated on Google algorithm changes, legal marketing regulations, and evolving SEO trends.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in project management with a focus on SEO and digital lead generation.
- Demonstrated success driving SEO growth and increasing inbound lead volume (ideally in the legal or personal injury sector).
- Deep understanding of technical SEO, on-page/off-page optimization, and content strategies.
- Proficiency with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and project management platforms like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
- Experience creating and optimizing landing pages and conversion funnels.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage timelines, multiple stakeholders, and external vendors.
