VP of Sales

As a VP of Sales at Adlook, a leading ad tech company, you will be crucial in driving revenue growth by strategically developing business with upper-funnel focus clients and agencies in Mexico. Utilising Adlook's innovative advertising solutions, you will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing relationships, and securing new business.  

• Grow and scale up our business in Mexico;
• Co-create and drive the sales strategy focused on winning new clients from direct brands, CPG industry and agencies;
• Deliver revenue from new business and meet revenue targets through disciplined sales process and operational excellence;
• Attend conferences and events while elevating the company's new brand recognition through various channels including social media;
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team in Mexico, including sales, sales operations and campaign management functions.

• Extensive experience in programmatic and/or adtech sales;
• Strong book of business & network among large brands and agencies (ideally on consultant/senior level);
• Strategic seller able to solve client problems through consultative approach;
• Extremely client facing - actively joining meetings;
• Type A personality - driven, success hungry, challenger;
• Ability to move fast and maximize outcomes in a challenging environment;
• Detail-oriented, decision-making, leadership  and strong analytical skills;
• Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking abilities to represent Adlook in the Mexican market;
• Advanced English proficiency is required.
