As the Sales Executive - New Enterprise Business at Flip.shop, you will be a key player in shaping the future of our platform. Location: Office based out of our Los Angeles HQ.


Responsibilities
  • New Business Development: Negotiating and closing deals with new exciting brands.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with top brands, ensuring Flip.shop is their preferred partner.
  • Industry Insight: Leverage your extensive network to bring exclusive deals and partnerships to Flip.shop, enhancing our offering of exciting brands.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new opportunities for growth, staying ahead of industry trends and consumer preferences.
  • Brand Champion: Serve as the face of Flip.shop, representing our brand at industry events, conferences, and in media.
  • Value Proposition: Clearly articulate Flip’s unique value proposition to merchants, compelling them to partner with us.


Requirements
  • Industry Expertise: Proven experience working with and on-boarding leading brands, including enterprise businesses. Needs to have large enterprise experience closing big named brands.
  • Network: An extensive network within the e-commerce industry, knowing key players across major brands.
  • Hunter: You have a hunter's mindset, love to outperform yesterday's numbers and are fueled by growth.
  • Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and execute a strategic vision, driving growth and market penetration.
  • Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to deliver results and drive business growth through new strategic partnerships and category growth.
  • Passion: A deep passion for the e-commerce industry and a commitment to staying ahead of market trends and consumer preferences.
  • Location: Based out of our Los Angeles HQ.


Compensation: The annual on target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $120,000 - $200,000, with a guaranteed base pay of $120,000, and a heavy emphasis on performance-based compensation. Commission starts after first month, uncapped and based on variable margin of the total GMV for first 90 days and number of brands onboarded / month.


Please note the cash compensation is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include equity, bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and other progressive benefits.
