Role Overview:We are seeking a customer-obsessed Product Manager with ad tech experience to join our growing team in Seattle. This position will drive the execution of our product roadmap, collaborating with Design and Client Services to define the "What," while partnering with Engineering to determine the "How." Reporting to the Head of Product, you will be responsible for developing and driving features for our Performance offering, while contributing to the entire Adora product suite. Key Responsibilities- Drive Product Strategy and Roadmap: Lead the development and execution of the product strategy and roadmap for Adora's Performance offering, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver products that meet customer needs and business goals.
- Customer Engagement: Conduct interviews with performance marketers to gain insights into their marketing strategies and campaign optimization approaches, using this information to inform and enhance Adora's offerings.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize structured, principled, and data-driven approaches to balance long-term vision with short-term needs, developing solutions that provide value to both the company and its customers.
- Facilitate Engineering Efficiency: Provide clear and detailed information on customer needs, investment scope, and feature requirements to streamline engineering processes and remove obstacles.
Qualifications:- Experience: 5-8 years in a Product Management or related role. Experience transitioning from marketing to product management is ideal.
- Ad Tech Expertise: Experience within Ad Tech, including ad optimization, measurement, and/or campaign management.
- Adaptability and High Output: Thrives in the dynamic, fast-paced environment of a startup, embracing and wayfinding through ambiguity to deliver high-quality results.
- Product Strategy: Experience in product roadmapping and developing overarching product frameworks and principles.
- Engineering Collaboration: Experience working closely with engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Execution Proficiency: Capable of independently driving progress with urgency.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
Nice to Have: - Experience with AI/ML model development and products.
- CDP/Data Integrations and Reporting Products.
- Previous startup experience.
