As the Head of Quality Assurance at Advantage FSE, you will lead and scale our QA organization, building high-performing teams while ensuring the delivery of top-quality applications and products. You will drive QA strategy, foster innovation in quality processes, and strengthen client relationships through excellence in delivery. This role offers the opportunity to shape and grow our quality engineering practice from the ground up.
What will you be doing?
- Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies, including the establishment of automated testing frameworks and governance structures that align with organizational quality standards.
- Build, mentor, and scale high-performing QA teams, fostering both manual and automation testing capabilities while creating a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Drive crisis management and resolution strategies across complex projects, ensuring maintained client satisfaction and timely delivery of solutions.
- Establish and nurture client relationships in the Quality Engineering space, acting as a trusted advisor and technical expert to drive successful outcomes.
- Lead the design and implementation of test automation processes, focusing on UI, API, and Security testing while establishing best practices that reduce testing cycle times.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, measure, and maintain quality metrics.
- Manage the preparation, execution, and review of test plans, scripts, and cases.
- Ensure comprehensive defect documentation, effective reporting, and resolution through close collaboration with development teams.
- Support clients during acceptance testing phases and provide expertise to achieve successful deployments.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation, including user manuals, product release notes, and training material.
- Identify areas of improvement and implement processes to enhance the quality of solutions delivered to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in software quality assurance.

What do your qualifications look like?
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related studies; a Master’s degree is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in quality assurance, including 3+ years leading and scaling QA teams.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, testing methodologies, and tools.
- Demonstrated success in establishing and implementing test automation frameworks and processes.
- Proven track record of crisis management and successful project delivery in complex environments.
- Exceptional command of Greek and English (at least C1 level); additional languages are a strong asset.
- Proven experience managing and delivering QA processes in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Our Selection Process
