Service Delivery to our Clients
Design and execute robust data governance and quality assurance frameworks, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with industry standards
Support the team in the development and implementation of comprehensive procedures, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and organisational best practices
Monitor, assess, and analyse data trends, generating insightful reports. Present reports to internal stakeholders and clients to inform decision-making.
Identify skill gaps within the team and implement tailored development programs to foster continuous learning and professional growth
Collaborate closely with the GROW Reporting Team to ensure the precision of report outputs and optimise operational efficiencies across team processes
Contribute to Grow’s culture and Behaviours
Build on our Foundation
Continuous Improvement - Advocate opportunities for continuous improvement working with your Stream Lead & Operations Support specialists to identify risks and defects relating to existing solutions to optimise operational efficiency and service excellence.
Incident & Risk Management - Ensure all risks and incidents identified are raised immediately with your Stream Lead or Manager, including supporting in any root cause ( to reduce further risk) and active participation in the rectification process.
