Job Description

As Team Lead, Member Payments at GROW, you will:

  • Support, coach and mentor the Member Payments team
  • Manage workflow to ensure SLA's are met
  • Support the Head of Administration in delegated tasks
  • Provide input and feedback into business enhancements
  • Support any client enquiries
  • Manage business Incident remediation
  • Review and put forward business rules and procedure updates for team in consultation with clients

Qualifications

At GROW, we believe that experience and passion matter more than just qualifications on paper. However, to be successful in this role, we’re ideally looking for candidates based in Melbourne or Sydney who have:

  • 5+ years of experience in superannuation administration across member payments
  • 3+ years of leadership experience
  • Experience with Google Suite or Microsoft Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Great problem-solving abilities and the ability to engage multiple internal and external stakeholders effectively  
  • Ability to adapt to change 
  • Willingness to challenge the status quo
