Adventures of Intrigue Events Concierge

At Adventures of Intrigue, we create unforgettable experiences for teams, organizations, and communities In St. Louis within our 9,500 sq ft open concept escape room. From corporate team-building to fundraisers and large group events, we bring people together through immersive adventures—and we’re looking for the perfect person to help make it all happen!

About the Role:

We’re seeking an Intrigue Events Concierge to take charge of event bookings, coordination, and on-site facilitation. This is a full-time, in-person role at our St. Louis location, where you’ll be the primary point of contact for large group experiences. The first email inquiry to the final moments of an event will be ensured by you, a seamless and engaging experience individual for our guests.

What You’ll Do:

📧 Manage Event & Group Bookings – Handle incoming inquiries via email, track group details, and follow up with contacts to confirm logistics.
🎤 Facilitate Corporate & Group Connections – Provide tours, answer questions, and serve as the go-to resource for companies, fundraisers, and third-party organizers looking to book with us.
📝 Coordinate Event Logistics – Work with guests to ensure they have everything they need—AV setup, decorations, food coordination, and other event essentials.
📍 Host & Oversee On-Site Events – Be present for events, making sure everything runs smoothly and that guests feel supported from arrival to departure.
📢 Community & Corporate Outreach – Occasionally present to organizations about hosting gatherings at Adventures of Intrigue, building relationships with corporate partners and group leaders.
🖥️ Inbox & Office Management – Since most inquiries come through email, you’ll need to be comfortable managing communications and event tracking using Microsoft Office.

✔️ Tech-savvy and comfortable using Microsoft Office for email and event tracking.

✔️ Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, interactive environment.

📍 This is a full-time, in-person role at Adventures of Intrigue, 2400 S. Jefferson Ave, St. Louis.

  • Proven experience as event coordinator
  • A proven track record of organizing successful events
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent vendor management skills
  • Knowledge of basic event prep practices
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
  • Well-organized with multi-tasking skills
  • Able to handle stress and remain calm
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Degree in hospitality management, public relations or relevant field is preferred but not required
