Italian speaking Technical Support Agent

In this role, you will provide exceptional technical assistance to our Italian-speaking customers, helping them navigate and resolve various technical issues. Your strong communication skills and technical expertise will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service. You will play an integral part in enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring that our clients have a seamless experience with our products. Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality technical support in Italian through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Efficiently troubleshoot customer issues related to our products and provide effective solutions.
• Assist customers with product setup, installations, and usage instructions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex problems as needed.
• Educate customers on product features and best practices to enhance their experience.
• Stay informed on product updates and advancements in technology.

• Fluency in Italian and a strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in technical support or customer service is a plus.
• Sound understanding of technology, including software and hardware systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems and address customer needs effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries while providing timely solutions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to meet customer service demands.
