French speaking Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in French with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Assist customers with product questions, order status, and troubleshooting issues.
• Document customer interactions and outcomes accurately in the CRM system.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
• Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for service enhancement.

• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service is preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage positively with diverse customers.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and patience.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and customer service software is beneficial.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
