The Role

We’re looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented freelance graphic designer to join our brand team on a part-time basis (20 hours/week). Working in close collaboration with our Brand & Creative Manager, you’ll support the development of on-brand assets across digital and print touchpoints — ranging from social media layouts and digital flyers to hotel collateral and marketing campaigns. This role has the potential to transition into a full-time position over the coming months.

We’re looking for someone with strong visual sensibility, an international mindset, and a sharp eye for culturally rich, creative references. You should be confident in your design execution, highly organised in your workflow, and flexible in your approach. You’ll need to be comfortable working independently while maintaining close communication with the brand team in a fast-paced environment.

• Design digital and print materials aligned with Aethos’ brand guidelines and visual identity
• Support the creation of marketing and communications assets (e.g., event flyers, social content, branded hotel and F&B collateral, menus, presentations)
• Develop visual storytelling across touchpoints with consistency and creativity
• Translate creative briefs into polished, thoughtful visual outcomes
• Maintain high standards of layout, typography, and composition
• Work closely with the Brand & Creative Manager, responding to feedback constructively and reliably
• Bring cultural and visual references into the creative process to elevate the brand’s storytelling

• Proven experience in branding and editorial design
• Exceptional graphic design skills with strong attention to detail
• Experience designing F&B and events collateral (e.g., menus, invitations, collateral)

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Proficiency in Canva (must)
• Familiarity with Figma (a plus)
• Excellent sense of layout, typography, and visual composition
• Proven experience in setting up files for print
• Highly organised, methodical, and tidy in how you set up files and deliverables
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (native-level preferred)
• Strong interest in art, culture, travel, and design
• Proactive mindset and the ability to work independently and manage feedback
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Availability to work ~20 hours/week on a freelance basis
• Must be based in Europe (fully remote)
