Community Manager

Do you think big picture and dream about how to evolve content on social platforms in a distinct and unique style and voice of the brand? With strong communication skills and the ability to engage users, manage conversations and reporting skills, you could be the perfect person to take on this role.

• You are comfortable with engaging large social communities, on many levels.
• The prospect of leading and developing large brand communities on digital platforms motivates you.
• You are all set to engage real time listening, talking, discussing and responding with our clients’ communities daily.
• Track and interpret KPIs such as engagement rates, follower growth, impressions, reach and conversions.
• Conduct weekly, quarterly, yearly and ad hoc organic social media reports.
• Monitor audience behavior, trends, and preferences to anticipate shifts and emerging opportunities. 
• You understand the needs of fans and followers, and it's easy for you to respond with the right tone and moderate user requests.
• You have a perfect understanding of social media and digital trends and can react to them quickly.
• You think and act in a service-oriented way, managing multiple social media channels and tasks at the same time.
• Assess the performance of creative assets to identify elements that resonate with the target audience.
• User feedback is important to you and you like to work solution-oriented.
• It is a matter of course for you to work with Facebook, Instagram, X & Co.
• You are a team player but can work independently as well.
• Your communication skills are excellent and you have fluent German language skills.
