Financial Analyst

AHS, a leading real estate company, is searching for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting decision-making by providing financial insights and analysis. You will be responsible for preparing financial reports, conducting market research, and analyzing budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure the financial health of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial modeling and analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Prepare and present financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics
• Analyze variances between actual and budgeted results, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform financial planning
• Assist in the development of financial strategies and long-term plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and support project evaluations
• Stay informed of industry trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes affecting the real estate market

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques
• Experience with financial software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of real estate financial principles is a plus
