We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Solutions Manager to join our team in Budapest. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the launch of a new digital advertising partnership in the Hungarian market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing and the performance agency landscape in Hungary, with the ability to understand the needs of agencies and marketers while delivering measurable results against ambitious sales targets.


What You'll Do
  • Client Onboarding & Relationship Management: Lead the onboarding process for new clients and establish strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring they receive maximum value from their Google Ads campaigns.
  • Campaign Strategy & Optimization: Collaborate with clients to develop tailored advertising strategies that align with their business objectives. Continuously optimize campaigns for maximum ROI by analyzing performance and suggesting improvements.
  • Consultation & Troubleshooting: Provide expert consultation to clients on Google Ads best practices, ad formats, targeting options, and budget management. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or performance issues to maintain campaign success.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication regarding campaign progress, insights, and strategic recommendations.
  • Product & Service Delivery: Ensure that the partner’s  products and services are effectively delivered to clients, in line with their expectations and business goals.
  • Campaign Analysis & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics using PPC, search, video, and other relevant tools to drive informed decision-making.
  • Business Growth & Account Expansion: Identify opportunities to enhance the value of existing campaigns by recommending additional campaigns by recommending additional products that align with clients' evolving needs, thereby contributing to account growth and program success.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with sales, technical, and support teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients and provide any necessary feedback or insights to improve services.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay up to date with industry trends, platform features, and the competitive landscape to provide relevant and forward-thinking recommendations to clients.


What You Need For This Role
  • In-depth experience working at digital performance agencies.
  • Experience in running campaigns on Google Ads.
  • Solid understanding of Google Analytics (experience with GTM is a plus).
  • Valid and up-to-date Google Ads certification (must be current and renewed within the past 12 months).
  • Structured and analytical mindset.
  • Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English.
