Project Manager

OpenNet.pl is a leading provider of technological solutions for the logistics industry. We have been a part of the Allegro Group since 2021 and together we are working on the green Allegro One Box parcel machines, of which there are nearly 3000 across Poland!

We are looking for people who:

• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in project management,
• Have experience in the IT industry,
• Have a practical knowledge of both the Waterfall and Agile methodologies, 
• Excellently organize their own work and that of the team,
• Excel in budgeting and creating schedules,
• Have experience in improving business processes and gathering business requirements,
• Possess highly developed communication and interpersonal skills,
• Have a high level of energy and determination in pursuing set goals,
• Proficient in English at an advanced level (at least B2+ level),
• Are proficient in Excel and the entire Microsoft Office suite.

Your main responsibilities:

• Managing international IT projects of high complexity,
• Creating project plans, schedules, and reports,
• Organizing and overseeing work carried out by the project team, conducting project meetings, assigning tasks, monitoring their implementation,
• Ensuring the flow of documentation and information within the team,
• Preparing project documentation,
• Sharing knowledge and experience with other team members.
