The Role:
As Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at AllWork®, you will lead the technological vision, strategy, and execution of a rapidly growing SaaS company specializing in workforce management and payment solutions. This role requires a visionary leader with hands-on technical expertise to scale the company’s technology infrastructure, deliver innovative products, and ensure a seamless experience for clients and users.
The CTO will work closely with the executive team to align the company’s technology roadmap with its business goals and drive growth from $20M to $100M+. This is a critical role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and can balance technical leadership with hands-on problem-solving.
