Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and/or outbound calls, providing prompt and courteous service.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, including product or service information, billing questions, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and update account information in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers.
  • Follow communication scripts and adhere to company standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect customer data in compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
