Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide support for customers navigating e-commerce platforms and assist with technical issues.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate product information, promotions, and policies clearly to customers.
  • Track and document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with various departments to enhance the customer experience and streamline processes.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve service quality and promote our brand values.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken is essential.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
