Job Description:
Sonar Spark is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in Kansas City, MO. In this role, you will assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, coordinate events, and contribute to the overall success of our brand initiatives. Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events.
• Create and edit marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and newsletters.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and insights for strategy development.
• Manage and track budgets for marketing activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Coordinate logistics for marketing events, trade shows, and client meetings.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing tools.
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Previous marketing experience or internship is a plus.
