Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will assist in executing marketing campaigns and supporting the marketing team in various tasks. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of marketing initiatives while contributing to the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends

• Prepare and proofread marketing materials such as presentations, newsletters, and reports

• Help manage and track marketing budgets

• Organize and coordinate promotional events and activities

• Support the marketing team in the development of digital and print marketing assets

• Maintain and update the marketing database

• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns

• Provide administrative support to the marketing department

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
