Hello, we are AMBOSS and we are looking for a ERP Systems manager to join our Accounting team!

Since then we have grown to currently operate in 180 countries and have gained immense traction in Germany and the US. Currently, we are pursuing this mission with more than 500+ employees in our offices in Berlin, Cologne, New York, and Cagliari.
You will:
- Lead the ERP system implementation, upgrades, and migrations, including planning, testing, and deployment together with external implementation partners.
- Collaborate with business units to identify and document system requirements, process improvements, and automation opportunities.
- Manage system configurations, user access, and security settings in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the ERP system through regular audits and quality control measures.
- Provide training and support to users of the ERP system. Offer technical support and troubleshooting.
- Identify and implement process improvements through ERP functionalities. Automate repetitive tasks and reporting.
- Lead and manage the communication with ERP provider and Implementation partners.
- Support integrations with other business critical systems, such as CRM, HRIS and the Data Warehouse while ensuring smooth data exchange and system interoperability.
You bring
- A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in managing ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Proven experience in leading system implementation projects, upgrade projects, and data migration.
- Ability to adhere to legal and regulatory requirements by having strong knowledge and understanding in Finance and (German based) Accounting, especially in the areas of revenue recognition, group consolidation, P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow interdependencies, taxation, and auditing.
- Extensive experience in project management. You will manage project budgets, resources and timelines to guarantee on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Excellent problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Fluency in English and C1 German is a must (being able to read law regulations)
- Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation and Agentic Automation (e.g. with Ui Path) is a plus.
