Digital Quality Solution Engineer

The Business Systems team designs, builds, and maintains internal systems, applications, and infrastructure across the enterprise. Whether architecting infrastructure for complex warfighting simulations, helping the sales team track deals, or powering critical cloud services, the Business Systems team of engineers are there to support. We are looking for a Digital Quality Solution Engineer to join our team and partner with Quality teams across the company to provide Process/Technical expertise in the implementation and integration of our Digital Quality Solutions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Collaborate with team members in developing and implementing quality solutions within our PLM and QMS (TeamCenter)
• Gather requirements from process SMEs, document, configure, and implement technical solutions
• Configure Teamcenter BMIDE, Workflows, Access Controls, Change Management, Dispatcher, Integrate with downstream systems
• Partner with Quality Engineers to develop and implement PLM/QMS Tool interoperability strategies and solutions
• Create and implement migration strategies form various systems into Teamcenter
• Help troubleshoot Digital Quality Tools’ technical issues including those related with deployment, configuration, server/client side issues and ongoing support

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with a PLM Environment (TeamCenter preferred)
• Experience integrating PLM and Quality tools
• Programming experience in Teamcenter server side(ITK), SOA and AWC customizations
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, resolve user issues, and work autonomously to solve problems.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years experience in a quality processes for a manufacturing industry
• Experience with multinational companies composed of discrete business units with possibly disparate software and internal application requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Knowledge of Databases, Server Management, Performance Tuning
