Senior Quality Assurance & Compliance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Conduct and manage audit activities in accordance with industry standards.
✅ Provide subject matter expertise on regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
✅ Support the development and implementation of CAPA plans.
✅ Host external audits, including regulatory inspections and strategic client reviews.
✅ Assist in developing and maintaining compliance documentation.
✅ Deliver training on audit performance (basic to advanced levels).
✅ Contribute to global quality initiatives aimed at improving compliance and efficiency.
✅ Ensure timely reporting of quality metrics and corrective actions.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ 5-7 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Compliance, or a related field.
✔ Industry-related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
✔ ISO 13485 Certified Auditor is a plus (but not required).
✔ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations.
✔ Experience with compliance management software.
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Contract Duration: 6+ months (Potential for Permanent Placement)

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

W2 Pay Rate: $38.40 per hour (Benefits Available)
