Sponsorship & Creator Acquisition Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for a Sponsorship & Creator Acquisition Specialist to lead both creator acquisition and sponsorship sales for our music label. You will be responsible for signing new Content Creators to our roster while also pitching them to brands and securing sponsorship deals. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual with a passion for digital media, strong networking skills, and the ability to close deals.

 
Job Description 

• Identify and reach out to potential content creators and influencers
• Build relationships with creators, consulting them through the execution of their sponsored projects
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging talent, and platform updates
• Negotiate partnership terms and onboarding agreements
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process
• Identify and connect with potential brand partners and agencies
• Pitch our creators for sponsorship deals and negotiate contracts
• Develop customized sponsorship proposals based on brand needs
• Manage ongoing partnerships, ensuring successful campaign execution
• Work closely with the strategy team to align sponsorships with content trends

• Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Media, Communications or a related field 
• 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, sales, or PR
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Existing relationships with brands, agencies, or influencers are a plus
• A deep understanding of YouTube, social media platforms, and the creator economy
• Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Ability to meet daily deadlines under stressful conditions
