What is the opportunity?

We are looking for an Internal Communications Specialist based in Toronto or Calgary.

We’re seeking an experienced and strategic communicator to develop and deliver impactful content that connects, informs, and engages our international team of over 300 employees. Working on our Marketing & Communications team, this role will be pivotal in shaping an employee experience that supports Entuitive’s growth, builds our brand, and strengthens our culture. Your work will empower employees to be engaged brand ambassadors and contribute meaningfully to our success.

In collaboration with the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer, develop and implement an internal communications strategy that generates understanding, fosters engagement, and delivers measurable outcomes aligned with our business goals.

• Develop and execute communication strategies that ensure employees are informed, aligned, and supported during periods of organizational transformation.
• Craft and execute communications that equip our people with an understanding of our overall brand narrative, allowing them to be effective ambassadors.
• Collaborate with key internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create unified messaging that aligns with company objectives and reflects our culture.
• Support the CMO in designing in-person events like all-staff meetings, leadership offsites, and interactive workshops.
• Write and produce content that captures our brand voice and resonates with our internal audiences. From presentations to scripts and intranet articles, your work will keep employees informed and inspired. Review and refine communications from across the organization to ensure consistency and quality.
• Enhance our employer brand by partnering with People & Culture and other teams to communicate our Employee Value Proposition, showcasing what makes Entuitive a great place to work.
• Continuously measure and optimize our communications impact, using data-driven insights to refine and elevate our strategies and methods.
• Support the growth of the Internal Communications function, developing best practices, scalable processes, and training resources to uplift communication skills across the organization.

• 5+ years of demonstrated internal or corporate communications experience, ideally in a professional services or technology environment.
• Creative and strategic thinker with strong business acumen to align communications with company brand.
• Exceptional storytelling, writing, and listening skills to create compelling, brand-aligned content.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with innovative ideas to build and grow the internal communications function.
• Skilled at building relationships with cross-functional teams and senior executives.
• Proactive, adaptable, and thrives under tight deadlines in dynamic environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and social media tools for channel-specific content.
• Experienced in planning and executing impactful events, town halls, and webinars.

Education

• Post-secondary degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

How does collaboration happen?

All positions require in-office presence 3 days a week. Building strong relationships and collaborating internally is important to us! Collaborate virtually for the remainder of the week.
