Product Marketing Manager
Homey is looking for a strategic and innovative Product Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for our suite of products. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that resonate with our target audiences and drive user engagement and growth. You will collaborate with various teams, including product development, sales, and customer support, to ensure our marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the conveyancing market, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for creating impactful marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Homey's products.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Create compelling marketing materials, including product descriptions, presentations, and digital content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to inform future strategies.
- Work closely with sales teams to support promotional activities and lead generation efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor actions to adjust strategies accordingly.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in Spoken and Written English
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in product marketing or a related field.
- Experience in the software or real estate industry is highly desirable.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Competitive salary commensurate with experience:
- Salary starting from Rs.300,000 LKR/ month, paid in GBP
- Plus 5% allocation for benefits
