Marketing / Graphic Design Intern

Founded by Vogue’s Alexandra Macon, Over The Moon is the ultimate retail, registry, and editorial platform for creating a life well-lived. What began as the aspirational source for couples getting married has grown into a cult fashion, home, and children’s shopping destination as well as an elevated wedding and baby registry provider.

We are in search of a Marketing / Graphic Design intern to support our Marketing team. This role will be a 10 to 15-hour commitment and requires someone who is flexible and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Email Marketing:
• Pull and enter links for email marketing and the Lead Graphic Designer
• Resize product images for email grids
• Graphic Design:
• Resize images for newsletter and product pages on Over The Moon
• Merchandising: 
• Create initial layouts for the daily newsletter from edits and collections and receive approval from the Merchandising team
• Check item availability on site 

• Experience with Canva and Photoshop 
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with keen eye for detail and design
• Passion for lifestyle and luxury products
• Self-starter and collaborative, capable of working independently as well as with a team
• Experience with Asana is a plus
