We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Social Media & Content Coordinator to join our UK team, to support and execute our social media and creator strategy while our Senior Social Media & Community Manager is on maternity leave. You’ll be directly responsible for ensuring our content production, community management, and influencer partnerships continue seamlessly; working closely with the marketing team to track performance and bring fresh insights to the table.
Day to Day Responsibilities
We’re fast-paced and opportunistic, meaning we’re agile and comfortable in an entrepreneurial setting, where no two days are ever the same. But these are the things that will be core to your role and keep you busy.
- Social Channel Execution & Admin: Build and maintain a dynamic social media plan across all social media channels in line with Antler’s social media strategy, focusing on planning, scheduling and reporting. Identify user-generated content (UGC) and leverage trends to keep content fresh. Customise content for each platform to maximise reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Content Creation: Work closely with our creative team to translate NPD launches into visually compelling and engaging content. Brief designers on platform-specific asset requirements, ensuring alignment with Antler’s brand identity. Assist in ideating and producing engaging short-form video content, particularly for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
- Scale & Grow Creator Network: Develop and implement approaches to scale Antler’s creator network, attracting high-quality creators. Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with creators who can effectively showcase our brand through our in-house platform. Support and coordinate on brand ambassador partnerships with the wider team as and when needed.
- Community Management: Identify and execute innovative community management strategies to engage and grow our organic reach. Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and tagged content to maintain a strong relationship with our audience. Identify and escalate any brand reputation risks or customer service issues to the appropriate teams.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track key performance metrics (engagements, follower growth, traffic, virality) and compile weekly and monthly reports. Analyse campaign performance and provide key insights and actionable recommendations with the team. Use data and platform insights to refine content strategies and push boundaries with confidence.
- Team Collaboration: Closely partner with Marketing teams (Creative, Digital, Ecommerce) to ensure complete pull-through of social media and creator initiatives and visibility of content throughout the entire creative and marketing funnel. Ensure the organic social schedule works together with the PR/Events calendar, supporting in the content creation for events and press coverage.
- Analysis & Insights: Monitor social trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to inform future decisions and keep Antler relevant and exciting. Stay ahead of platform updates, proposing new ways to engage audiences through emerging features, tools, and formats.

- We’re proud to be hybrid with our office days being Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

The Requirements
These are the things you’ll need to thrive in the role at Antler:
- 2 to 4 years’ experience in social media marketing, ideally within a DTC retail or lifestyle brand.
- Proven track record in implementing effective organic social and influencer marketing strategies, with the ability to translate insights into actionable tactics.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content best practices, and trends.
- Proficiency in using social media scheduling to streamline processes (i.e. Meltwater, Sprout Social, Later) and analytics tools to streamline processes and analyse performance metrics, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Experience in influencer management platforms (i.e. Tribe Dynamics, GRIN, Klear, Aspire).
- Strong project management and organisational skills to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- A proactive and detailed-oriented approach, with a passion for lifestyle and travel.
