Division Manager Human Resources Services (f/m/x)

The Human Resources Services division is the central hub for all HR-related matters. In this responsible and strategically essential role, you will ensure that we live up to our guiding principle, "Great People, Great Instruments", in our daily work. Due to a retirement, this exciting position will be newly filled from autumn 2025.

• Professional and disciplinary leadership of the Human Resources Services division, overseeing approximately 170 employees (including Health & Safety, Organizational Design & Position Management, Corporate Health Promotion, Kindergarten, Payroll & Administration, Talent & Development, Front Desk & Cleaning Services, and Apprentices).
• Further development and implementation of the HR strategy, aligned with corporate objectives.
• Development and implementation of HR initiatives and HR policies.
• Advising and supporting managers on HR-related issues.
• Further development of HR processes, with a focus on efficiency.
• Managing and guiding change processes as part of organizational development.

• Completed degree in business administration or law, ideally with an HR focus.
• At least 10 years of experience in senior HR leadership roles, preferably in an international industrial company.
• Advanced knowledge of labor law and practical experience with HR software solutions and HR digitalization.
• Payroll knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong communication and consulting skills.
• Holistic, solution-oriented mindset and high level of initiative.
• A personality that is both empathetic and assertive.
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.

This position is subject to the collective agreement governing employees in the metal sector. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications. For the vacant position it starts at € 8.000 (gross per month, excluding overtime)
