Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships to meet their life insurance needs
• Conduct thorough needs assessments for potential clients
• Educate clients about the benefits of life insurance products
• Provide personalized insurance solutions based on client assessments
• Manage client portfolios and follow up on policy renewals
• Collaborate with senior management to refine sales strategies
• Participate in training sessions and workshops for continued professional growth
• Willing to develop a team and work towards management contracts

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Motivated with a strong desire to succeed
• Basic understanding of financial concepts and services
• Proficient in using technology and MS Office Suite
• LLQP required or willing to obtain (we help with needed courses at a discount price)
