As a Life Insurance Agent, you will play a critical role in helping clients achieve their financial security goals through our range of life insurance products. With the support of a dedicated management team, you will learn how to build client relationships, identify their needs, and deliver tailored solutions that truly make a difference in their lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive needs analysis to identify clients' life insurance requirements
• Present and explain various insurance options to clients
• Build lasting relationships through excellent customer service and follow-up
• Participate in team meetings and training workshops to continually enhance skills
• Assist in the development and training of new team members
• Work alongside upper management to explore further growth and partnership opportunities

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
• Interest in building a career in sales and management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Goal-oriented with a passion for helping others
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications
• Life and Health License required or will to obtain(pre-licensing courses for each state varies)
