• Lead, train, and mentor a team of insurance agents
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets

• Proven experience in sales or management roles; previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• LLQP required or willing to obtain (we assist with necessary courses at a discounted price)
