The role
We are looking for an experienced, motivated and results-driven Sales Manager (AMER) to join our growing sales team.
Responsibilities include:
Manage, develop and train the Sales team, ensuring they hit quota
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute targeted outbound campaigns that generate interest and demand for our product
Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring timely follow-up on all inquiries
Represent the company at industry events and on webinars
Study industry trends / current opportunities for business expansion
Plan the growth of the AMER region, identifying growth levers and experiments
Engage in planning and preparing reports for management and cross-functional stakeholders
Requirements:
3-5 years of successful sales experience in SMB SaaS software
2+ years of sales management experience preferred
Excellent organisational and leadership skills with a problem-solving ability
Fluent English.
