Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience creating and executing digital marketing strategies that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate leads across various digital platforms. You will play a pivotal role in boosting our online presence and achieving our marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including social media, search engines, email marketing, and paid advertising (PPC).
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Create, manage, and optimize content for websites, blogs, social media platforms, and email newsletters.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging and effective content (e.g., blog posts, social media updates, videos).
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Manage SEO and SEM efforts to improve organic search rankings and paid search performance.
  • Develop email marketing strategies, including segmentation, testing, and automation.
  • Create and manage online advertisements (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to increase conversions and sales.
  • Optimize landing pages and websites for SEO and user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Report regularly on campaign performance, ROI, and other key metrics to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and email marketing.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), and email marketing tools.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and marketing software tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to analyze data and use insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
